Comments: jeff butler was on time courteous and neat and let me help with the water heater tank --so another person wasnt required to help him lift it up and down from the 3rd floor, thus saving me money I appreciate that

Comments: Couldn't be happier. Submitted the project on homeadvisor and he called within 5 minutes. He came out the same day and did the job for the quoted rate over the phone. Cleaned up after he was done. Have found my plumber for all jobs going forward.

Comments: I was on my Apple I Pad, looking for a plumber to purchase and install a replacement natural gas fired hot water heater, before I completed the search my phone rang. It was Mr. Jeff Butler setting up an appointment for the very same day at 2:00pm, he called again around 1:00pm to state he will be here. I had an errand to run but was running late, I arrived home approxiametly 2:15pm to find him waiting in front of my house. Mr. Butler assessed the situation very quickly, determined I needed a new unit. He called his partner which is a family owned business, to locate the Rheem replacement.
